“Rally to Stop Florida’s Black Bear Hunt – Ride the Bear Bus to Tallahassee!”

Join us and the Sierra Club on Monday, November 17, 2025,
from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (ET) at the Florida State Capitol (400 S Monroe St., Tallahassee).

 

Three free round-trip charter buses provided by the Sierra Club (Tampa Bay/Brooksville, Daytona/Jacksonville, Orlando/Gainesville) will bring activists to the Capitol to demand that Ron DeSantis halt the upcoming statewide bear hunt. Riders must be members of the Sierra Club, and buses include amenities like Wi-Fi, restrooms, outlets, and snacks. Bring signs, wear black or a “Stop the Hunt” tee, and let your voice be heard. If you do not have a sign, we will have plenty of options and tees available at the rally.
